This policy is published by MemeBGM and covers the Meme BGM Chrome extension and its BGM lookup and audio delivery services. Separate website features, including token creation, uploads and on-chain payments, may involve information you choose to submit and public blockchain records. These are not required by the extension to connect a wallet or execute transactions.

On supported GMGN.AI, Fomo, Axiom and DeBot pages, the extension reads the current URL and navigation changes to identify the BSC / BNB token contract address (CA). The full page URL is checked inside the extension and is not uploaded in full to the BGM lookup API. The CA is sent to memebgm.fun over HTTPS; audio request paths also contain the CA. This reveals the token currently being viewed, not the browser's complete history. The extension does not collect browsing history from other websites, scrape page text or chats, or track mouse and keyboard activity.

The music service runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. Requests may expose IP addresses, request paths (which may contain a CA), timestamps, browser headers, response status and security verification information to the service and Cloudflare for delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and security. Cloudflare may infer approximate location from an IP address. The extension does not request GPS or precise location access. Infrastructure analytics or security logs may record request information even though the extension does not explicitly read all of it.

The extension uses chrome.storage.local to save the automatic playback preference. It does not upload this setting through Chrome Sync. Downloaded BGM is used for playback; the player releases its audio object and temporary Blob URL when stopped or ended. The extension does not maintain a user playback history database, record a microphone, screen or camera, read wallet private keys, seed phrases, balances or transaction history, connect wallets or execute transactions.

Music requests allow the browser to attach existing memebgm.fun cookies according to browser rules and user settings. Cloudflare access or security verification may use cookies and may block requests on a first visit or after verification expires. The extension has no cookies API permission and does not directly read or export cookies or read passwords. If verification blocks playback, the user may need to open the website in the browser, complete verification and retry.

Extension data is used only to identify the current token, look up and play BGM, remember playback preferences, and operate, maintain and secure these functions. The extension includes no advertising or third-party behavioral analytics SDK and does not use browsing information for advertising targeting. Cloudflare processes necessary request data to provide the network service. Other platforms process requests under their own policies when you choose to visit them, open the official X profile or use their login services. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to address security abuse.

MemeBGM's use and transfer of information received from Chrome APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Extension user data will not be sold, used for personalized, retargeted or interest-based advertising, or used for creditworthiness or lending decisions unrelated to the extension's single purpose.

The playback preference stays on your device until changed, extension data is cleared or the extension is uninstalled. The extension does not create a separate server-side user playback history database, but requests may enter the infrastructure logs described above. Retention depends on the Cloudflare logging and security analytics features actually enabled and the provider's retention policies; this policy does not promise zero logs or an unverified fixed number of days. Disable autoplay, adjust site permissions or uninstall to stop subsequent automatic requests. Infrastructure records are handled according to available capabilities, provider rules and legal requirements. Public blockchain records are outside the extension's control and cannot be erased by uninstalling it or submitting a deletion request.

BGM lookup and audio delivery use HTTPS. Extension JavaScript is packaged locally; no remote JavaScript is downloaded or executed. Browser and server-side security controls apply, but no system can guarantee absolute security. This page will be updated with a new date and explanation when functionality or data practices change.
